The ingredients needed to make Sweet Corn & Maize Flour Mini Chila:
  1. Get 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup cooked rice
  3. Take 1 cup maize flour
  4. Get 3/4 cup tri colour finely chopped capsicum
  5. Take 1 onion chopped
  6. Take to taste Salt as per taste
  7. Make ready 1 tsp chilli flakes
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  9. Take 1-1/2 grated garlic
  10. Get as needed Ghee

  1. Grind rice & Sweet corn in mixer grinder, transfer in a bowl add onion,capsicum,garlic,chilli flakes,salt mixed herbs and mix well add water as needed for chila batter
  2. Heat mini chila pan apply ghee and pour 1-tbsp of chila batter and cook both side till golden brown on slow flame.
  3. Tasty,Crispy from outside and soft from inside sweet corn,maize flour chila is ready to serve.Serve hot with tomato ketchup
