  1. Take 1 cup Basmati Rice
  2. Prepare 1 teaspoon Ghee
  3. Take 2 cups Sugar
  4. Prepare 1 litre Full Cream Milk
  5. Get 1 pinch Green Cardamom powder
  6. Make ready handful Nuts and Raisins

  3. Take a deep pan and pour the full cream milk and bring to a boil. After the milk gets boiled add the roasted rice and cook it to soft and tender.
  4. When the rice gets cooked add sugar and mix it well and stir inbetween till it gets thicken.
  5. Atlast add cardamom powder, stir and garnish with dry nuts and raisins.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
