  10. Get 1 tbsp desi ghee
  11. Get 2 cloves
  12. Take 1/8 tsp asafoetodia

  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp or to taste red chilli powder
  16. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  17. Get 1/2 lemon juice
  18. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  20. Take 3 cup wheat flour
  21. Take 1 tbsp oil/desi ghee for moyan
  22. Take 1 tsp salt
  23. Take 1 /2 cup desi ghee for batti's garnishing
  24. Prepare as needed Lukewarm water
  25. Get For Churma ::
  26. Prepare 4 Baati
  27. Get 4 tbsp or to taste powder sugar
  28. Get 2 tbsp desi ghee
  29. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped cashews
  30. Make ready 1 tbsp raisins
  31. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  32. Get 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions to make Rajasthani Thali:
  1. For Panchmel Dal :: All lentils soaked in water for half an hour.
  2. Take a pressure cooker put all lentils, ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder and three cup of water. Close the lid. After a one whistle on high flame, turn into the medium flame and switch off the gas after three whistles.
  3. For Dal Tadka :: on medium flame heat ghee in a wok. Add asafoetodia, cumin seeds & cloves. Stir 10 seconds. Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Stir continuously, cook till the ghee leaves from the tomato puree.
  4. Now, combine the cooked Panchmel Dal in the tomato tadka on medium flame. Cooked for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the gas. Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves. At the time of serving mix lemon juice. Now ready to serve.
  5. For Baati :: Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt & moyan. Knead the tight dough with adding lukewarm water gradually as needed. Greasing the Baati dough with little oil. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  6. Now preheat the Gas Tandoor for five minutes. Again knead the dough for 5 minutes. Make large size balls of the same size.
  7. Put one ball of Baati on palm and make shape of Batti. Apply same process to make all the Baati. Greasing with little ghee outside of the all Baati.
  8. Now place the Baati on net in a preheated tandoor. Flip it, on one side bake with light golden. Baked the all batti until becomes turn into light golden all the sides. Switch off the gas.
  9. For Garnishing :: At the serving time, press lightly and dip for few minutes in the melted desi ghee. Now ready to serve with Dal & Churma.
  10. For Churma :: Take a plate cut into small pieces of the batti. In mixer jar put all pieces. Grind it for 30 seconds. Again repeat this process till Baati turns into Churma form.
  11. On medium flame heat ghee in a wok. On low flame add churma & roasted for 1 minute,stir continuously. Now add cardamom powder. Switch off the gas. Combine powder sugar & 3/4 chopped dry fruits. Mix well. Now transfer into a bowl & garnish with chopped dry fruits. Ready to serve.
  12. Now, all items are ready to serve. Transfer all items into the Thali Panchmel Dal, Baati, Churma & Salad. Enjoy !!
