  1. First of all in a heavy bottomed pan heat ghee and fry dryfruits now add milk and let it boil.now add soaked sabudana. - boil the milk on medium flame. - stir occasionally making sure it doesnt stick to bottom of pan. - boil it till the sabunda turns translucent.
  2. Now add sugar u can adjust sweetnessalso add cardamom powder.mix well making sure everything is mixed well. - simmer for some more minutes stirring in between. now our kheer is ready to serve - finally, serve sabudana kheer chilled.
