  3. Add water as needed. Make smooth batter. Not too thick.
  4. Add baking soda and oil, mix well.
  5. Spread oil in thali and put it in steamer cooker. Add batter into thali and sprinkle red chilli powder (optional), cook on medium to high flame for 6-8min.
  6. Wait for 2-3min.
  7. Remove from cooker and cut. Serve hot with oil + garlic chutney.
