  1. Take 1 cup besan/gram flour
  2. Make ready 2 cup Sugar
  3. Make ready 3 cups Ghee
  4. Take 1 cup Water

  1. Take big kadai fry dry the besan..and keep a side..
  2. Add one cup of water in kadai and sugar
  3. Once the sugar desolves in water add 2 spoons of ghee
  4. Then add fried besan slowly on the sugar syrup
  5. Keep mixing it and add ghee little by little
  6. Mix till they become dough Consistsncy
  7. Grease the plate and pour the mysore pak in the plate
  8. Sprinkle water on the mysore pak
  9. Cut it in diamond shape or squre..
