The ingredients needed to make Rice pancake (sinasir):
  1. Make ready 2 cups white rice
  2. Take 1 cup cooked rice
  3. Take 1 tbspn yeast
  4. Prepare 2 tbspn sugar
  5. Get 1 tspn baking powder

  1. Soak the white rice overnight
  2. In the morning wash the rice add the cooked rice and grind
  3. Add yeast cover it and keep it in a warm place to rise
  4. Add baking powder and sugar
  5. Set a non stick frying pan on the stove put small oil and rub it on the pan
  6. Pour the batter and cover the pan to cook on a low heat
  7. Don't flip (turn over) is the same with Masa but is a little bit watery than Masa batter.
  8. When cooked served with any soup of your choice.
