  1. Take 2 cups tuwon shinkafa

  4. Add baking powder and mix will den cover it and place it in warm place or under d sun for 1 hr till bubbles(sai kisa baking powder dinki ki mutsa sosai kirufe kisa shi a waje mai dumi ko a rana said yayi kamar awa 1 Ivan yayi zakiga ya tashi sannan kuma yayi kwaikwai)
  5. Ur butter will look like dis den mix it will heat ur pan with little oil and fry it in low heat and also u will cover it,in sinasir u only fry one side no need to fry d oder side(haka kwabinki zai zama idan ya tashi saiki mutsa shi ki daura kasko kiss mai kadan ki soya shi Amma bada wits sosai ba sanna shi ba'a juyashi sannan kirufe shi sai kinga kasan yadanyi,sannan saman zakiga yayi kwaikwai shima shikenan saiki kwashe)
  6. For d sauce i wash meat, add some spices,onions,green onions little water and cooked it till soft den fry it(abunda naci dashi, na dafa nama na da kayan kanshi,magi,lawashi, da albasa sai da naman ya dahu sai na soya shi)
  7. Add little oil in a pan add some chopped onions,red pepper and green anoins with some pinch of salt,spices and magi fry it will and add d fried meat and mix will(mai kadan a kasco sai nasa albasa,tattasai da lawashi suka suyo sosai da Dan gishiri,magi da kayan kanshi sai na sa naman aciki na mutsa Su tare sosai)
