  1. In a blender jar add sprouts, green chill, ginger, garlic and make a paste using little water.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add besan, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix well.
  3. Now apply this mixture on one side of the bread.. Heat a tawa spread some oil on it keep the sprouts down and roast on medium flame for 3-4 mins till it's cooked now flip and roast on the other side.
  4. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney. Remember you should apply sprouts paste only on one side of the bread.
