  1. In mixer jar add green moong sprouts, chillies ginger pieces. Grind to smooth paste.
  2. Transfer in mixing bowl,add all other mentioned ingredients in it. Mix well.
  3. Divide into 6-7 equal portions and give shape of round tikki.
  4. Dip each in cornflour slurry and coat each with bread crumbs as shown.
  5. Shallow fry tikkis with oil, on medium flame till crispy golden brown on both sides.
