Steps to make Sponge Cake:
  1. Wash your hands cover your head and say Bismillah
  2. Seprate egg (eggs must b at room temperature) white and yolks and beat egg yolks till become stiff peaks.
  3. In a bowl add butter (at room temperature) and beat till become fluffy than add sugar and beat beat after few min add egg yolks vanilla essence and food colour beat it for 2 min.
  4. Stain palin flour and baking powder and add in butter mixture fold it lighty with spoon and beat beat πŸ˜‰.
  5. Now add egg white mixture in it and fold lightly with hands no more beater.
  6. Grease any tin you have and spread butter paper or ordinary paper on it. Add mixture in pan nicly.
  7. Take abig cooking pot spread packet of salt and place a stand in it. Pre heat it on mediuem heat for 15 min so put it on stove before you strt cake proceedure. Now place cake tin in pot and cover first 15 min cook on medium to high flame than on low flame for approx 45 min.
  8. After 45 min carefully check with a fork if fork come out meat it means cake id done done
  9. After cooling serve it nicely with ginger tea and have funπŸ°β˜•πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š
