For the fish fingers..use the heated oil..then add fish arrange to fit enof on pan.heat thru.press down with fork…Add some grinder salt on top and some grinded pepper if wish…then prick with fork spokes to help cook inside.turn on other side..the coating will firm some light lines and some dark…then if soften and flakes, its cooked try check if cooked.turn off heat set aside!
Can add some oil if sticking.
(Continue from step 4):After remove water make the potato marinate paste/sauce…Add to potatoes and simmer until all potatoes cooked well and coated well.stir accationaly try not to get them mushy!
These were mushy mayb were boiled bit more then shud..bismillah and enjoy
