  5. Add all spices with 2 tsp of water and mix them together to cover the pan for 2-4 minutes to mix everything very well.
  6. Add fried veggies in cooked masala, coat them very well and cover the lid for 10 minutes. After that add green coriander leaves or Kasuri methi.
  7. Take lemon size dough. Roll into ball, flat with rolling pin. Make sure neither it's not very thin or thick otherwise it will not puff up.
  8. Serve with hot tea.
