  4. Cook Tomato for 5mins on high flame. After that add water to it and give a gentle boil for atleast 20minutes.
  5. Blend it finely when it will come to the room temperature. (Please don't strain the gravy).
  6. Take kadhai add 1/2tbsp ghee and 1/4tsp degi laal mirch. And pour the blended gravy to the kadhai and cook it for 5mins and finish it with cream and kasuri methi.
  7. For the kofta
  8. Take a mixing bowl and put all the Ingredients together and mix it well. Bind the mixture with the help of corn flour.
  9. Take kadhai pour some oil to fry our kofta. Give a beautiful round shape to your koftas and deep fry them. And give a nice golden colour to it.
  10. Please don't put kofta in gravy as they are very light in texture. Put kofta in your serving bowl and pour the gravy. Serve hot with Naan, Lacha Paratha, etc.
