  1. Heat some oil and put chopped veggies and saute for 1 mins then add salt and pepper and saute on low to medium flame till veggies cooked(do not over cook)then add chicken and mix it well cook for another 1 min and turn off the flame.lwt it cool completely. ((This mixture is for 10 mini pizzas))
  2. Take mini pizza base and put 1 tsp schezwan and spread it put 1 tsp mayonnaise and spread.
  3. Now place sliced tomato(4 to 5 thin slices to one pizza).put chicken veggies mixture spread it properly.
  4. Make a cone of mayonnaise and drizzle mayo and then finally put grated cheese u can use any cheese of ur choice I have use processed cheese and slice cheese.
  5. Heat pan put 1 tsp ghee/ butter and place your pizza.keep flame on low cover the pan with ild and cook till bottom of base is turn to crispy and cheese is melted.it's take about 5 to 8 mins.similaly cook all the pizza or else bake in oven.
