  1. Pour in ur flour,baking powder and salt and mix 2,geda very well den add ur butter and mix very well
  2. Add ur egg to d mixture and mix well den add small water and continue mixing den put on d board and knead d dough well and keep to rest for 20mins
  3. To make d sauce cut d carrot,spring onions and Irish potatoes and keep aside
  4. Put ur pan on fire,add d minced meat to it den scatter in d pot so it does clue 2geda
  5. While its boils add ur maggic,pepper,salt,curry and thyme and then turn it as its boiling den add d Irish potatoes into d pan and turn it den leave to boil
  6. Add the spring onions,green pepper and carrot turn every well den taste for seasoning leave for 2 more mins after which u take off fire and set aside to cool a bit
  7. While its resting bring out the dough and cut into diff pieces wit ur hand
  8. Then take a piece of d dough roll it out not too flat and not thick and put on ur meatpie cutter, place d sauce inside then use egg to brush around d sides den close it and put in d pan…do that one after the orda till ur done
  9. Put in d oven for abt an hour and ur meat pie is ready
  10. Note : be4 u start to use the dough break an egg into a cup to be used for brushing d side and body of d meatpie
  11. Note: cook on low heat
