Steps to make Paneer Kofta:
  1. First take 200 gms Paneer and 2 boiled potatoes and mash it.
  2. Now to that add salt, black pepper, grated ginger, chopped green chillies.
  3. Now add 9-10 tsp of corn flour for bind.
  4. Knead it soflty untill corn flour mix properly and make a soft dough.
  5. Now make small balls of dough and fry them untill they are golden brown.
  6. Now for making gravy take the onions, tomatoes and green chillies in a mixer grinder jar and grind it and make a smooth paste.
  7. No noNow in a kadhai take some oil to that add the paste and cook.
  8. Cook the gravy on a medium flame and now add all masala- dhania powder, red cilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  9. Now add some water and cook it for 10 mins.
  10. Add all kofta to the gravy. You can decorate them using the fresh cream and cashewnuts.
