  1. In a bowl take wheat flour, all-purpose flour, carom seeds, salt, baking soda. Mix it well. Now add ghee, crumble and mix properly.
  2. Now Add curd and mix it well. knead dough until it becomes soft. Grease dough with ghee, cover it and keep it aside for one hour.
  3. After 1 hour knead dough again until you get semi soft consistency. Take ball shape dough, dust it in flour and roll gently.
  4. Roll dough thin. Spread ghee, red chutney (paste) uniformly on rolled dough. Now again roll it perfectly and then make it round. sprinkle chopped coriander, mint, basil leaves,& nigella seeds. press everything gently and then make it round with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Flip over and roll gently on hot tawa. Press it and also sprinkle nigella seeds, coriander leaves and cook both sides properly.
  6. After 2 minutes our naan is ready to serve with green chutney, sauce, cucumber raita.

Yeasty naan is so. darn. good! It's fluffy and soft and tasty and absorbent and pretty much perfect for dipping in this. This naan has melted butter and Greek yogurt and honey — all three of which would. Naan is a soft and pillowy Indian flatbread. It is one of the most popular bread to accompany Paneer Butter Masala or Dal Makhani.
