  1. Get 2 cups brown eyed beans
  2. Get 1 bell pepper (tatashe)
  3. Prepare 3 habanero pepper(atarodo)

  6. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  7. Take 1 tbs crayfish

  1. Soak beans in water for 5 - 10 minutes and peal skin off
  2. If using a house blender soak for 30 mins after peeling to allow easier blending,if using a mechanical blender you can blend immediately
  3. Blend water with little water just to enable movement of beans and blend till almost smooth
  4. Remove blended beans and mix till you can smell the scent of the beans
  5. Slice up the onion and peppers into tiny pieces
  6. Mix blended beans and peppers add a little water if consistency is too thick
  7. Add the crayfish,salt and knorr
  8. Fry immediately
