Steps to make Rava Upma:
  1. Take a pan and put Semolina and fry it little for 2 mins.Remove it after 2 mins.
  2. Now heat the with oil and put mustard seeds.
  3. When mustard seeds begin to crackle,put 8-10 curry leaves.
  4. Add 1 medium size chopped onion and saute it with salt.
  5. Now add green chillies as per your choice.
  6. Add 1 medium size chopped potato and add little turmeric powder (optional).
  7. Cover it for 5 mins.
  8. Add chopped dry fruits and mix it well.
  9. Then add the semolina and mix together.
  10. After 2 mins,put 1 cup of water and add sugar as per taste.
  11. Cook it for 2 mins and Upma is ready to serve.
