  1. In a big bowl sieve the flour add the salt and baking powder mix well,then add the butter mix well and be adding water little at a time to form a nice dough, cover the dough with a clinq film and keep aside to rest for at least 15-20munites.
  2. Wash Irish,feel it and cuts in small cubes,dice onions, carrots and keep aside.
  3. I have some leftover grilled chicken (that we couldn't finish at night)I remove all d meat from the chicken,I add some garlic, ginger and attarugu in a mortal pound well and then add the meat pound again untill everything in cooperate.
  4. In a sauce pan I add my Irish potatoes add little salt cover and allow to cook for 5munites,later I add onions, carrots, seasoning stir well then add my pounded chicken meat stir well and take off the heat.
  5. Roll my dough cuts add d fillings,egg wash(break the egg wisk and brush the top part of the pie) and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 munites or untill golden brown.
