  1. Heat a pan of ur choice with some little oil and cumin seeds.when ur pan is little hot add a sliced and cut onions into it. cook untill it's golden brown in colour.
  2. When the onions are golden brown colour put your flame on low and then add the freshly chopped and peeled ginger and garlic paste. some people like to eat ginger and garlic a little raw and not finely chopped,so you do it as per ur choice.
  3. Then on the another hand heat another pan with some water and add the tomatoo in it soo that we can cook them for making puree and finally while heating add a pinch of salt.
  4. While the onions are cooking with ginger and garlic paste.off the flame we are nw going to make the tomatoo puree. lets peel and choop them and make it a fine paste and heat the pan again add in the tomato paste cook untill it's thick.
  5. Now it's time to take our main item of the dish the chicken, i hve olread cleaned and chooped it and kept a side if u want u can take boneless chicken or full chicken it's ur choice but i personlly recmnd full chicken it taste better with bones in the curry.
  6. Into the tomato puree add in all the indian masalaas into it. The chilli powder 1 teaspoon, 1/2 coriander powder,1/3 turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt
  7. While the masalas are cooking add the chicken into it. close the lid for a while let it cook
  8. Then in the final step add the coriander leaves and kasuri methi or the fenugreek leaves in it. stir well and if u want add some half teaspoon garam masala and a bowl of curd in it cook well and it's ready to serve
  9. Serve it hot with chappati or rice
