  1. Mix suzi and water mix well and keep aside fo 7 to 20 mins.
  2. Now add curd and salt mix it now adds 3 tablespoons of water.
  3. Keep mixing batter it should not be thick nor thin. Consistency shud be of spreading type. Now add chopped veggies in batter
  4. Now heat pan Grease it with oil then rub it with onion. As the pan gets heat add half a spoon of batter and spread slowly. It shud be a little thick. Let it cook on slow flame..spread some oil on sides. As for sides leaves than flip it. Keep cooking untill it gets crispy.
  5. Now remove it from pan garnish with some onion tomatoes and coriander over it and enjoy with sauce or chutney😊
