Instructions to make Veggie Chowmein:
  1. Boil the noodles. Rinse with cold water, apply some oil to avoid sticking and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix all the sauces, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok or pan.
  4. Add garlic, saute for a few seconds.
  5. Add onion and stir fry till it becomes transparent and then add all the remaining vegetables and spring onion.
  6. Stir fry for around 2-3 minutes or till vegetables are cooked.
  7. Add the sauce mixture, mix and stir fry for a few seconds before adding the noodles.
  8. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, tossing continuously till everything gets mixed nicely.
  9. Garnish with the green part of spring onions and serve hot.
