  5. Transfer the dough into a greased bread tin and let proof for at least 30 minutes. apply some eggwash generoudly.
  6. Bake in a 180 degree celcius preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool, before removing from the bread tin. serve and enjoy
