  1. Get 300 gms Sooji/Rava
  2. Take 1/2 litre Curd
  3. Take 100 gms Roasted Vermicelli
  4. Take As needed Salt
  5. Take handful Few Curry leaves
  6. Take Handful Few Coriander leaves
  7. Prepare For tempering:
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Ghee
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Chana dal
  10. Make ready 10 Cashews
  11. Make ready 4 Green chillies

We can use idli rava (or idli sooji) for making idlis. It is easy to make and grind Idli is made with the mixture of idli rice paste and urad dal paste. You can use idli rava (or sooji) instead of idli rice.   8. Pour the batter in the idli mold.
  9. Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes. Sooji/rava idli is ready.
