  1. Take leaf Garri,salt,oil,meat,ugu leaf, seasonings,spices, water
  2. Take Garlic, onions
  3. Get Ginger
Instructions to make Eba & veggie soup:
  1. Boil some water in a pot and pour the garri and stir very fast, until everthing come together and very smooth,put it in a nylon and arrange it inside your food warmer.your eba is ready
  2. Dice and fry some onion,grind bell pepper, peppers,garlic, keep frying for 3mins,add your boiled meat,and the ugu leaf, pour a cup of water cover the pot and let it cook for 5 mins,then add seasonings, spices,water leaf and let cook for another 5 mins,
  3. Then serve hot.😋
