  5. Garnish with the remaining yellow pepper, and few mint leaves with very little spring onions,and drizzle a little Palm oil on the boiled yam.
  6. Enjoy with any drink of choice but water is preferable from experience.
  7. Kindly note that this is my recipe, there are a lot of pepper soup spices in Nigeria, but I needed a different taste that's why I used the mint leaves and cinnamon.
