  1. Make ready 1 liter Milk
  2. Prepare 1 tbs ghee
  3. Get 1/2 cup vermicilli
  4. Take 2 tbs vanilla custar powder
  5. Prepare milk 1/2cup (for disolving custard powder)
  6. Get Green cardmom powder 1/tsp
  7. Make ready Sugar 1/2cup (r to taste)
  8. Prepare Khoya 3tbs (r u can also use barfi instead of khoya)
  9. Get ingredients for topping
  10. Get 2 tbs ghee
  11. Prepare 1 cup crushed vermicilli
  12. Take 2 tbs sugar
  13. Make ready 3-4 tbs dry milk powder
  14. Take 2 tbs chopped Almonds
  15. Take 2 tbs chopped pistachios
  16. Prepare ingredients For decorating sawiyaan
  17. Take Almonds as required
  18. Take pistachios as required

Nawabi Biryani (Lucknow Special), Shahjahani Koftay(Minced meatballs) And Pineapple Ka Halwa - Try this Lucknow special. Armed with an assortment of vegetables and tempered with a hint of pineapple on the top, it provides a sweet sour taste and is an absolute delight. The Kabuli kalmi masala is very hot and proves a good companion with liberal portions of the excellent Kashmiri pulav. I love this album so much and it came in a very decent amount of time!

  1. In a pan add ghee and vermicillis fry for 2minutes
  2. Then add milk and sugar cook for 5minutes
  3. Now dissolve custard powder in half cup of milk
  4. Add the dissolved custard in milk and cook until thickness
  5. Now add khoya and mix well then turn off the flam
  6. THEN COmpletely cool the mixture
  7. Now for preparing topping in a pan add ghee and crushed vermicilli
  8. Fry until golden
  9. Then add sugar and cook for 2minutes
  10. Then add chopped Almonds and chopped pistachios and cook for 2 minutes on medium flam
  11. Now turn off the flame and add dry milk powder and mix well
  12. Cool the topping
  13. Now for assembling in a bowl add half topping on bottom then pour the sawiyaan or custard mixture
  14. Then on the top cover with remaining topping
  15. And decorate with Almonds and pistachios
  16. Enjoy cool…..
  17. Serve 6 to 8 persons
