The ingredients needed to make Nutella brownies:
  1. Make ready 250 grams Nutella
  2. Take 2 eggs
  3. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  4. Take 90 grams atta/maida (I used atta)
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt

Today's recipe is a variation of my favorite brownie base. There's one cup of sugar in this brownie recipe because Nutella itself is quite sweet. Steps to make Nutella brownies:
  1. Heat up the Nutella for 10-15 sec in the microwave. Whip it well in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 eggs and whip to mix it all up. I am using a handheld whip for this as Nutella tend to be difficult to whip with hand.
  3. Add the baking powder and salt to the flour and mix well. Alternatively you can also sieve it to remove lumps.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the Nutella and eggs and whip until everything is nicely mixed.
  5. Tap the tin on a flat surface to remove air bubbles. Bake it for 25 minutes at 180 deg C in a preheated oven. Baking time may vary slightly in different ovens. So keep checking after 15 minutes.
  6. The cake is done when a dry fork inserted in it comes out clean or with a few crumbs.
