  7. Prepare 2 cup rava sooji
  8. Take 2 cup chopped dry fruits
  9. Take 2 tbsp raisins
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp ghee for rava roasting
  11. Get As needed Ghee / oil for frying
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp cardamom powder
  13. Take 1 tsp nutmeg Powder
  14. Prepare 2 cup powdered sugar

  1. Take a pan add rava and dry roast it. Then add ghee and mix it everthing saute for 2-3 minutes
  2. Crumbled and add mawa into it. Here I have taken homemade mawa made from milk malai.
  3. Add powder sugar and mix. Keep stirring in low flame. Add cardamom nutmeg powder. Add roasted dry fruits and raisins. Once everything gets mix. Keep it for cooling aside
  4. For Gughra puri- take a vessel add maida add ghee which should be hot and mix it with spoon and knead dough like puri
  5. Make small balls like puri for gujiya and roll like puri. Puri dough should not be thick nor so thin. Stuff mawa in between puri and close it like half circle and press giving design.
  6. After pressing it starts rolling and pressing giving design. And ends at the other edge
  7. On the other keep ghee for deep frying Gughra. Fry in very medium to low flame. Keep stirring continuously to get same colour and to get golden brown in colour and crisp. Take it in a tissue paper.
  8. So here mawa rava Gughra is ready to serve. Try this recipe and enjoy. Mawa Gughra can be store upto 15 days in a air tight container.
