Prepare 1 cup Rava/Sooji
Get 1 cup Rice flour
Get 1/2 cup Maida
Take 2 Tbsp Curd
Get as per your taste Salt

In a large bowl add rava,rice flour,maida,curd and salt. Mix well.
Then add green chillies,pepper,cumin seeds,onions,curry leaves,coriander leaves and required water. Mix well without lumps. The batter must be watery.
Rest the batter for 30mins. Then check the batter whether it's thin watery. If not add some more water.
Then place a tawa in the stove. Switch on the flame. Heat it.
Pour the dosa batter over hot tawa. It must be very thin layer. Pour oil above it. Keep the flame in medium. Cook till it turns golden brown.
