  4. Take a ball of ready mixture and press it with your hands like a roti and add ball of yellow paneer in it. Shape it like an egg and then roll it over corn flour and keep aside. - Make all the eggs like this and keep aside.
  5. Now take a heavy bottom pan and deep fry till they turn golden in colour. Fry all the eggs in the same procedure.
  6. In pan, add oil and then add onions. Let onions cook. Then add ginger garlic paste. Simmer it for 2-3mins.
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cook it for 2-3mins.
  8. Then add ready paste in it. Stir it well and stir fry it till it leaves the corner.
  9. Now add coriander powder and freshly cut coriander leaves in it and mix well. - Now add 1 cup of water, cover it with a lid and keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  10. Now add fried eggs and let it cook for 5mins
  11. Take out the gravy and cooked eggs in a bowl and then place the half cut eggs on it. - Your Veg Egg Curry is ready to eat!
