The ingredients needed to make Eggless Choco-chip Cookies:
  1. Prepare Wet Ingredients
  2. Take 1/2 cup(100g) Unsalted butter
  3. Prepare 1/3 cups Powdered sugar -

  6. Prepare 1 cup all-purpose flour(Maida)
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. Make ready 100 g Chocochips -
  9. Prepare 2 Tbsp Milk-

Made with wheat flour or all-purpose flour. This is one eggless cookie recipe that I have used time and again ever since I started baking for my toddlers. Instructions to make Eggless Choco-chip Cookies:
  1. Take a saucepan, add all the wet ingredients and mix mix mix…until sugar is completely dissolved in the butter & now the mixture is a bit creamy in consistency.
  2. Take another saucepan/ deep bottom utensil, then add all the dry ingredients (except MILK), mix it a few times so that chocochips are evenly coated with flour mix.
  3. Then transfer the dry ingredients mix into wet ingredients (1st saucepan) and mix again…till the flour mix is well coated with the butter mix!!
  4. Now add milk (one tablespoon at a time). So to get a doughy consistency of cookie mix.
  5. KEEP THIS MIX IN THE FRIDGE FOR 30 minutes. Then our cookie dough will look like this
  6. If you are baking in an oven then Pre- heat it at 180DegreeC for 10 min.
  7. For baking without oven, take a kadai, add generous quantity of rock salt / regular salt / sand &cover it and keep the gas on high flame #for Preheating kadai
  8. Take out the cookie dough from fridge, make round balls of it then press a bit from centre(not too much).
  9. Grease the baking tray with butter, line it with parchment paper and place made cookie equidistant from each other….and they are good to go!
  10. Place the baking tray in the Pre-heated oven, bake at 190°C for 10-12 min. For Kadai, bake for 20- 25min at medium flame.
  11. Check the cookies after the said time limit, if undercook then cook on same temp for 3-4 min (this is for oven)
  12. Bring out the cookies & let it cool down to room temperature.
  13. Our cookies will be done….when there such marks on both surfaces
