  5. In a bowl Mix 2 tablespoons of flour wit 1/2 cup water, mix til u get milky consistency and set aside. When d veggies ar soft and cooked, add d flour and water mixture and mix well. Switch off heat
  6. Dough method
  7. Mix flour, baking powder together and sift
  8. Add d butter to d flour to get crumbs like consistency
  9. Create a well in d mixture, add water gradually..u myt not pour all d water. Knead dough very well. It shld b thick and non sticky..wrap and kip in fridge fr 30 mins
  10. Break egg in a small bowl,whisk and kip aside. Aftr 30 mins, bring out dough and place on flat surface
  11. Knead a bit. Cut dough in small pieces and roll. Get a round lid and cut out circles
  12. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling into d dough, rub egg mixture on d edges,this wil help it seal well. Close and use fork to press it down
  13. Repeat fr remaining dough..lightly glaze d top of each pie wit d egg mixture.
  14. Bake fr 30 to 40 mins..Enjoy :)
