  3. Ik karahi me oil ly aor ismy in balls KO fry kar ke side pe rakh dy.
  4. Ab ik pan me ghee dal kar garam kary. Piyaz dal kar 3 minutes ke liyea pakaye.
  5. Ab lehsan adrak paste aor chopped tsmater b dal dy. Sat me lal mirch, dhania powder, zeera powder dal kar achi tarah mix kary aor tab tak pakaye jab oil juda na hojaye.
  6. Ab isme dahi dal kar 5 minutes ke liyea pakaye.
  7. Ab gravy me kofte rakh dy. Sath hara dhania aor sabz mirchy dam kar low flame par 10 minutes ke liyea pak eye.
  8. Ab maze ke kofte tayar hy roti aor chutney ke sath serve Kary.
