Instructions to make Vegan Muhammara (Jain):
  1. Soak both dried red chillies in hot water for 1 hour.
  2. Dry roast cummin seeds and corainder seeds till crispy. Also dry roast almonds. Cool it.
  3. After 1 hour, strain water from soaked dried chillies.
  4. Grind roasted cummin seeds, corainder seeds, almond, soaked dried chillies,salt, black pepper powder, raw mango powder,olive oil in mixer jar to make smooth dip.
