The ingredients needed to make Chicken Pulav:
  1. Get 1/2 kg chicken (local)
  2. Prepare 1 kg Jasmine rice

Instructions to make Chicken Pulav:
  1. Wash the rice and drain out the water.
  2. Heat oil in the pan. Fry the onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and ginger in low flame till it become golden brown and tender.
  4. Now add rice and stir continuously on 5 minutes.
  5. Add some water as required.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes.Cover it with the lid, on low flame until it gets tender.
  7. After the water gets dry take it out from the flame.
  8. Ready to serve with pudina chutney.
