  7. Prepare 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  1. Drain canned tuna well. Put it in a bowl and lightly mash with a fork.
  2. Add mashed boiled potato
  3. Separate egg white from yolk
  4. Grind bread slice and prepare crumbs out of it, add to the tuna along with egg yolk, chopped onion, green chillies, and salt to taste.
  5. Mix well, shape them as you like and refrigerate for 15 minutes
  6. Beat egg white lightly, add crushed pepper and salt

  8. Heat up oil for shallow frying in a frying pan on medium flame
  9. Dip prepared cutlets in egg white and then roll them in bread crumbs
  10. Fry till golden brown and crisp.
