  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the cooking instructions on the packaging. Al dente, not to soft because if it is too soft it will ruin the texture and look yucky and sticky.. You don't want that.
  2. Heat pan, add oil, add eggs scramble it.
  3. Add shrimps and chicken franks, stir occasionally.
  4. Add garlic and onion, stir, add celery. Turn off the stove.
  5. Add the spaghetti, pour the soya sauce mixture, stir until all evenly colored.
  6. Turn on the stove on high heat. Stir fry for few minutes.
  7. Ready to serve. In the picture i put salad as garnish so i don't feel guilty to eat lots of carbo and proteins. Make it balance!
