Steps to make Ewedu and fish stew:
  1. In a pot, add palm oil onion and blended pepper, add spices, seasonings and cook for 5mins, add washed fish and cover to let cook for 7-10mins. Off the heat and it's done
  2. In another pot, wash ewedu leaves, add to a pot, add 1/2 cup water, a pinch of potash or sea salt, cook and bring to boil, off heat and blend until smooth. Serve hot with stew. And it's a good combo with swallow.
