  1. Take a Kadhai aur pan add one spoon of any cooking oil and one spoon of salt,one spoon ajwain boil for 5 minutes then add semolina slowly slowly into it and cook for for 5 to 7 min minutes.
  2. Afterwards take out the semolina from Kadhai and keep into a thali and knead like a Dough and keep aside.
  3. In another plate take boiled potatoes Mash it with hand then add one spoon of green chillies green fresh coriander,one spoon turmeric powder,one spoon cumin powder,one spoon coriander powder,salt as per taste,1 Spoon dry mango powder and mix all the ingredients together for making filling in semolina Dough.
  4. Now Take a Semolina double divide into equal pieces, Grease your hands with oil, in hand shape the dough cup shape, fill the Potato Masala filling into it and Cover it shape it like kachori.
  5. In a Kadhai add any Cooking Oil heat for 5 min on High flame for Deep fry Suji /Semolina Kachori to the both sides on medium to high flame.
