  4. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli. Keep aside.
  5. In the same pan. Add little oil. Fry onion. When it turns into golden brown. Add a little turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and then tomato puree. Cook for a few minutes. Mix ground cashew, poppy with 1/2 cup fresh cream to this. Pour enough water and cook until thick. Once it is done.
  6. Arrange the koftas in the serving dish. Pour the hot gravy on top of the koftas. Ready to serve with hot chapatis or garlic nan
