  10. Get 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  11. Get 1 tsp methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
  12. Take 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
  13. Make ready 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  14. Get 1 tsp garam masala
  15. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder

  17. Get 1 tsp mango pickle masala

  1. Firstly, add onion, ginger, garlic, dried red chilli in a grinder jar to form a smooth paste and keep aside.
  2. For achari mix :- add all the spices powdered+ whole in a grinder jar make a smooth powder and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion paste saute for 3-4 minutes. Now add chopped onion and Achari spices mixture saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add Tomato paste, salt saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add yoghurt and mix everything. Add 1 tsp mango pickle masala mix well.
  6. Now add paneer triangles and stir well. cover and cook this for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle crushed dried kasuri methi leaves Ready to Serve.
