Steps to make Mixed Lentils Stir Fry:
  1. Wash and soak Chana, Lobia and the Moong overnight or at least 6-7 hours.
  2. Once they both have soaked well, we are ready to stir fry them. In a pan on a medium-high heat, add in a tablespoon or two of Oil. Wait for a minute before adding in the Mustard Seeds. Let them crackle a bit before adding others.
  3. Add in the Curry Leaves next followed by the sprouted Moong and Chana, followed by Salt, a teaspoon of Red Chilli flakes and Chana Masala. Stir well. Let it cook till the sprouts look crispy, but not to the point where they become too hard. You need not boil them and use directly. But if they are not soaked well, then you can boil them a little.
  4. Add in Chat Masala, Amchur and chopped Coriander. Mix everything well and your healthy snack is ready.

This happens with egg noodles, rice noodles, thin noodles or broad noodles. I have tried using a cast. A warm, hearty, fill-you-up stir-fry for a cold night. There's nothing too fancy going on here, just tiny potatoes, golden brussels sprout wedges, toasted almonds and lentils tossed together in a olive oil-slicked skillet. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring until heated through.

Lettuce wraps. All these mike delightfully flavorful lunch treats and the filling can be prepared beforehand, which renders only reheating the filling and wrap when you’re prepared to eat. This is actually a fun lunch to talk with your little ones also it teaches them that lettuce is much more versatile than people often give it credit for being. Many individuals choose to go with a teriyaki inspired satisfying; my family likes taco inspired fillings because of the lettuce rolls.
