  1. Make ready 1 kg mincemeat
  2. Prepare 5 big onion
  3. Make ready 1 cup yougart
  4. Take 3 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take 3 Tsp coriander powder
  6. Prepare 2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 2 Tsp cumin seeds
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  9. Prepare 2 green chillies
  10. Take leaves Few mint
  11. Take 2 Tsp bhunnay channay black chickpeas
  12. Get to taste Salt
  13. Make ready 1 cup oil
  14. Prepare 4 whole cloves
  15. Get 1 Bay leaves
  16. Take 5 black pepper whole
  17. Take 2 black cardamons
  18. Make ready 2 green cardamons
  19. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds

I loved making both the Slow Cooker Turkey Appetizer Jelly Meatballs and Quick Easy Asian Meatballs. Kofta (meatball) curry is a particular favourite of mine. This version is nicely spiced without being too hot. I prefer to eat this with naan or chapatti rather than rice.

Instructions to make Kofta curry meatballs:
  1. First make a masal. In a pan add coriander powder, red chilli powder and cumin seeds roast them on low flame till you get aroma..keep it aside.. your magic masal ready..
  2. In mixer ground black chickpeas
  3. In mincemeat add 3 Tsp of this masala, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, black chickpeas, 1 tsp yougart,mint leaves,2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1raw onion & 2 Tsp fried onion..processed in food processor for few minutes it all combines..
  4. Tip: for soft yummy koftas add 1 tsp yougart..
  5. Make small meat ball with we hands..keep it aside..
  6. In big pot add oil & fry onion take them out..
  7. In blender jug add fried onion, yogurt, remaining all masala & blend it completely till it becomes paste..
  8. In same pot in which you fry onion add ginger garlic paste &add all whole spices fry in oil then add blended masala in it add few drops of water & bhoonify it till you got beautiful colour & amazing aroma..add salt..
  9. Now add meatballs one by one by tilting pot don't mix it with spoon.. slowly add meatballs and slowly shake the pot..
  10. First cook on medium flame for 5 min then slowly add 1 cup water from the sides of pot & again carefully tilt & shake pot now cover it & put it on dum for 20 minutes or
  11. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves enjoy with garama garamNan & rice

This version is nicely spiced without being too hot. I prefer to eat this with naan or chapatti rather than rice. Chicken kofta curry - Meatballs made with minced chicken, ginger, garlic, cilantro, red chili powder, turmeric and then steam cooked in a A hearty curry made with a perfect blend of wholesome spices. Indian-flavoured lamb meatballs are cooked in a wonderfully spicy sauce. If you don't finish it all in one sitting, this tastes great re-heated the next day.
