  4. Take a mixing bowl add paneer,khoya,cornstarch,salt,grated potato,baking soda,black pepper powder, cortiender powder&g related ginger mix well &knead a dough.Take another mixing bowl add all chop dry fruits,corrienderleaf,salt & paneer mixture mix it well.stuffing is ready.
  5. Divide the dough into Small balls.Take one ball stuff the dry fruits round it & Deep Fry the kofta.
  6. Put the kofta with gravy.malai kofta is ready to serve.Add fresh cream &serve as u like.It is a main dish.
