I love the taste and look of sorghum…. I am certain Nigerian food stores will probably carry it. I don't have the recipe for kunu but I have all the ingredients to make it, please share. On the other hand, the SSANU members organised what they called 'celebration of the inglorious exit of Oyewole' at their secretariat, also located within the campus.

Instructions to make Pap and Akara (kunu da Kosai) #Breakfast contest#Plateaustate:
  1. We starting with the Pap, sieve the groundnut in a pot and cook till it's boil. Add your yogurt and flour in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add it bit by bit to your boiling groundnut water and be stirring. Stir till it reach the consistency of the thickness you wants it to be. Add sugar and your Groundnut/ Yoghurt pap is done.
  3. For the Akara: wash your beans and remove all the dirt in it. Add all your onion, pepper, ginger and tatashe. Blend o take it for grinding. It should not be too watery.
  4. Put it in a bowl, add the seasonings of your choice, cut your spring onions, beat it for like 4-5mins.
  5. Set a pan on fire, add enough oil when the oil is hot starts scoping your beans mixture with a spoon and be deeping it in your oil. Fry till you get that reddish honey colour…

I don't have the recipe for kunu but I have all the ingredients to make it, please share. On the other hand, the SSANU members organised what they called 'celebration of the inglorious exit of Oyewole' at their secretariat, also located within the campus. A musician was on hand performing, with SSANU members dancing; while fried bean cakes and hot pap were served to the audience. Akara is a very delicious, vegetarian friendly meal eaten in most parts of Africa. It's usually made from Black eyed peas.
