  1. In an empty large bowl.sieve ur flour, baking powder,salt,nutmeg,sugar and mix

  4. When u are done mixing cover d dough with a nylon to rest for 15min
  5. After 15min, sprinkled some flour on ur clean kneading table and cut some amount of your dough and roll it and cut
  6. Fry your chin chin on hot oil and make sure you are stiring it continuesly so to avoid burning after frying allow it to cool for atleast 5hours before packaging
