The ingredients needed to make Malai Kofta:
Take For Kofta–
Get 4 potatoes boiled
Get 4 slices bread
Take 2 tablespoons corn flour

Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

Prepare 2 tablespoons raisins

Get 6-7 garlic cloves
Take 1/2 inch ginger

Get 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Make ready 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
Prepare 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Make ready 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Make ready 2 teaspoons kitchen King masala
Get 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
Prepare 10-12 cashews
Take 2 tablespoons fresh cream
Get 1 cup water
Get 2 tablespoons oil
Take 1 tablespoon butter
Get Handful coriander leaves chopped
Make ready For Garam masalas
Make ready 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Take 2 bay leaves
Prepare 5-6 cloves
Make ready 1 little piece of cinnamon

Instructions to make Malai Kofta:
Mash boil potatoes, add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder.
Soak slices of bread, squeeze extra water crumble and add to potato mixture and mix nicely
In a plate crumble paneer add rest of the filling ingredients and mix and keep aside
In a plate take corn flour, now pinch a small amount of potato mixture make a hole in between place a ball of paneer filling and close the ball nicely and roll in corn flour, dust the extra flour and keep aside. Repeat for rest of the mixture
Once done, heat oil in kadai and fry 3-4 koftas at a time on medium flame and drain excess oil and keep aside koftas are ready
For the gravy, heat a kadai, add 1 tablespoon oil, now add all the garam masala, once it splutter add sliced onions, let them be tender and cooked.
Once done add ginger garlic and let them cook, now add chopped tomatoes, cashew and some salt, cover and cook till tomatoes are tender.
Once done allow the mixture to cool down once cool blend the mixture really fine
In a kadai heat remaining oil and butter, add kashmiri red chilli powder now add the blended mixture, the mixture will be nice red colour, simmer the gas, and cook the mixture till oil separates from the sides
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, half Kitchen king masala add now and mix nicely.
Now add 1 teaspoon sugar, add half the cream and mix, add some water to adjust the consistency as you want.
Before serving add koftas to the curry cost the koftas with curry and add crushed kasuri methi, remaining kitchen king masala.
Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves serve with your favourite bread or rice😋🥰
